Florida Strawberry Festival adds American Idol runner-up Lauren Alaina | Entertainment

Plant City, Fla. -- The Florida Strawberry Festival has announced Lauren Alaina has been added to their Headline Entertainment lineup. Lauren was a runner-up finalist on the 2011 season of American Idol on FOX. 

Lauren will appear on the Wish Farms Soundstage on Saturday, March 3 at 3:30 p.m. in place of The JaneDear Girls who were originally scheduled to perform in the time slot.

Lauren's debut album, Wildflower, has hit Number 17 on the Top Country Music Billboard charts.

Tickets for the Lauren Alaina show are $10 and $15. You can purchase tickets at the Strawberry Festival website, by phone at 813-754-1996 or by visiting the Amscot Main Ticket Gate at 2209 Oak Ave. in Plant City.
